William watched the Undying Lands until it vanished from his sight.
Malacai had activated its stealth ability, and no one knew where the giant floating island would appear next.
Although William didn't know what Malacai's goal was, one thing was certain, the Dracolich was not his enemy. Malacai had made this perfectly clear to him, and the Half-Elf could tell his sincerity.
Before Malacai left, he said some parting words to William. He told the Half-Elf that if they ever meet in the future, William should pretend that they didn't know each other.
The red-headed teenager didn't say anything, because there was no need for words. He believed that those who had participated in the war of the Southern Continent would be able to recognize the powerful Undead Army that had made a deep impression in their hearts.
There were many smart people in the world, and it would be fairly easy for them to connect the dots.

Elyon
Elyon I would like to say a few things in order to prevent future misunderstandings.
First of all, Rebecca was never meant to become William's lover. I'm sorry for the Rebecca fans out there, but William x Rebecca ship had sunk long ago.
Elliot, on the other hand, is a character that combined the traits of Loki and Doctor Strange. He is the michievous schemer that had the ability of clairvoyance.
This is a passive ability, so whenever he receives a vision he simulates various possibilities on how to reach the optimal result.
If you watched Avengers, there was a part where Doctor Strange had told Ironman that out of 14 million possibilities, there was only one among them where they had defeated Thanos. Elliot's clairvoyance works like that.
Although William's familiars are loyal to him, you have to understand that they have their own goals, and desires.
Sometimes, the desires of Familiars don't always match what their Masters want.
Just like Chloee breaking things, and opting to resort to violence even though Celeste always remind her that violence is not always the answer.
I've always told you guys that I don't do things without a reason. Everyone has their role to play.
Just like the Tournament and Chiffon's arc being displayed side by side. It will all converge together, and will make sense in the later chapters.
You might hate Elliot now, but in the future, you will understand that everything he is doing is for the greater good.
Also, not all the beautiful girls that William will meet in the story will become his lovers. This might be a harem story, but I didn't plan for him to fall in love with every beautiful girl that he sees in his life.
