Marcus: [What?! You're leaving to meet Kinoko, that bastard Demon Lord's companion? You can't! Those two are still here!]

Grantt: [We don't have any choice. The only one that can help the boy's sister is her.]

At the office, Grantt, Marcus, Altora, and Lilith had gathered after the sudden announcement he made in the mansion.

Grantt: [After recovering, we talked about it.]

Grantt and Maximilian were able to recover after Juliana's Chaos Magic subsided in them, allowing them to be stable once again.

It was Grantt who took over, for now, facing his subordinates who began to feel anxious and wary of his journey when the two hostile councilors are still in the city.

Lilith: [Is this what Maximilian told you to do?]

Grantt: [No. This is what WE wanted to do. Do you see Maximilian as a much more worthy master than I am now?]

Lilith had wanted to assure that this was a decision that was being made not only by pure emotion but a good rationale for the city as well.
