Chapter 5: Chapter 5: The Battle Begins
Bubba had been at Hogwarts for almost a year now, and he had seen his fair share of strange and magical things. But nothing could have prepared him for what was about to happen.
It was a quiet night in the castle, with most of the students fast asleep in their beds. Bubba, however, was still wide awake, cleaning his guns and polishing his knives. He was always on guard, always ready for anything.
Suddenly, he heard a loud explosion outside. Without a moment's hesitation, he grabbed his weapons and ran out of his dormitory, determined to find out what was going on.
As he made his way through the castle, he saw that the entire place was in chaos. Students and teachers were running in all directions, shouting and screaming. And then he saw them: the Death Eaters.
Bubba had heard about the Death Eaters before, of course, he had even fought against them on his first day here without knowing who they were. He knew they were dangerous and that they served Lord Voldemort, the most feared wizard of all time. And now, they were attacking Hogwarts.
Bubba knew he had to act fast. He ran towards the nearest group of Death Eaters, his guns blazing. He didn't want to kill anyone if he didn't have to, but he was prepared to do whatever it took to protect his fellow students and the school.
His shots hit their marks, and several Death Eaters fell to the ground, writhing in pain. But more and more Death Eaters were pouring into the castle, and Bubba knew that he couldn't hold them off alone.
Suddenly, he heard a voice behind him. "Hey, you there! Come with me if you want to live!"
It was Professor Dumbledore. Bubba had met him a few times before, and he knew that he was one of the most powerful wizards in the world.
Without a second thought, Bubba followed Dumbledore into the heart of the battle. The two of them fought side by side, taking down Death Eaters left and right. But even with Dumbledore's incredible magical powers, they were still vastly outnumbered.
Then, Bubba saw something that made his blood run cold. A group of Death Eaters had cornered a group of students, including Hermione Granger and Ron Weasley. They were clearly outnumbered and outmatched.
Bubba knew what he had to do. He shouted to Dumbledore, "Cover me, I'm going in!"
He charged towards the Death Eaters, his guns blazing. His shots hit their marks, and several Death Eaters fell to the ground. But there were still too many of them, and Bubba knew that he couldn't take them all on alone.
And then, he heard a loud roar. It was Hagrid, the gamekeeper at Hogwarts. He had come to help, and he was wielding a massive club.
Bubba and Hagrid fought back to back, taking down Death Eaters left and right. And finally, after what seemed like hours, the battle was over.
But Bubba knew that the war was far from won. Voldemort was still out there, and he was more dangerous than ever. Bubba knew that he had to keep fighting, no matter what the cost.
He looked around at the destruction that surrounded him, and he knew that things would never be the same again. But he also knew that he was ready for whatever lay ahead. He was Bubba, the redneck from America, and he was a force to be reckoned with.
