Chapter 1: Transmigration
I died.
I'm one of those reincarnated vessels who gets to be reincarnated. I'm okay with death since I know it will happen sooner or later. I was bedridden for weeks and beginning to not feel any pain. I say I was sad that my parents was too late on seeing me on my last breath but I don't want to see their crying faces before I close my eyes.
Reincarnation to me is.. unbelievable and what i have not unexpected. It wasn't what I actually wished for. Some who got the chance felt lucky since they have an advantage on being a prodigy and mabye develop a harem in their next life. I myself don't have a goal yet.
I.. never wanted anything like that.
I mean I do wish my life is exciting like any other dramatic anime or stories but I don't want to be a Mary Sue/Gary Stu ( A perfect protagonist who soon becomes overpowered and flawless ).
As I sat on the darkness for what seems like ages I heard a noise.

I jolted as I turn to look at a blue hologramic looking system- wait system..

I blink repeatedly as I wave hearing a robotic voice. I poke the hologram and refrain from ruining my first impression by waving my hand all over the hologram.
[ As I said, I am System 234798 who will guide and be with you for awhile. ]
I stared at the Hologram with suspicion. Never trust a thing you never seen before and only heard. As I watch Transmigration and Reincarnation Novels Systems are sometimes used as the guide of the one who is reincarnating.
I always think they might look like an animal mascot like those BL stories but it's just the Author's mind.
Hm, I first need to think of a name for them. The word blue just pop out automatically. I wonder if it's too like a pet name but.. " I'll name you Blue. That's your name. "
The System became silent.

I wa going to say my name but stopped. It's kind of fair for it no them to call me Host since I give them a weird name.

If they have feelings I think they would whine about me knowing before they say it. I can't act freely like the ones in animes or fanfiction. If I ask how many people have been reincarnated or if there is other systems like them I'm pretty sure they won't answer considering they talk the way like there being made by authority. But this is only what I thought.
" Blue, will I lose my memories throughout the process of reincarnating? "

I place my hand to my chin as I try to remember the fictions I have red. I sighed. I have nowhere to go if I keep thinking like this, I should move forward.

[ The name of the story is called Play with Lives. A horror, mystery, action and friendship. ]
[ A girl named Himari was abused by her drunk father starting at the age of seven after her mom died 2 years ago. Somehow Himari got captured and is brought into a place filled with dangerous obstacles. There is 20 people including her that is trapped in and forced to participate. As Himari converesed with the participants, she noticed that some have problematic situations. After awhile a voice coming from a speaker showed two animal mascots, a Cat and a Bunny. They told the 20 contestants to challenge the obstacles, which are the fears, guilt and failures of each contestants. There are also votes since the mascots will be telling the limits to how many people should be left. The protagonist sadly died with the others making the one who created the Game victorious. there are also twists and flashbacks there you can unlock to recieve information and win, there aren't any points like those stories you read dince you won't buy anything from me. ]
Ah I guess it's good. I think about the info Blue gave me. The story sounds like Danganronpa mixed with Jigsaw. Scary.
[ You host played as one of the trapped victims named Akihiko. You don't have a bad past but a bad personality. You are knowned as the perfect male girls want to be with but has a vulgar side. You are one of the character obstacles the protagonist have to face with other than the game. ]
Ahh...What did that guy do?

I open my eyes. Huh. I feel a little dizzy. As I blink to clear my visions, I roam my eyes around to see that I'm in a school field? I heard a noise infront of me. A girl with short brown hair and a white school uniform seem to hand out a plastic bag of chocolate cookies.
" E-Eto, Akihiko-sama? "
" Huh- " Is she talking to me? I scanned the cookies on her hand. Is she confessing me? This is what japanese anime do right?
" I-I want to say that.. " The girl fidget as she look down. Then she bow and reach out her cookies to me. " I love you senpai!!!! "
' BLUE!! WHY DID YOU SENT ME IN AN AWKWARD TIME?!!! I NEVER HAVE BEEN CONFESSED BEFORE!!!! '
[ A-Ah sorry host. I just thought It'd be better to sent you a couple hours before the story starts. ]
Meh, can't blame a system. How do I answer this? I'm an introvert I even don't know if this girl and me knows eachother well. I'll just be like those smooth anime guys.

The girl froze and blink before she slumped. I hurried to catch her as I screamed internally. " Are you okay? "
The girl just shake her head. " I-I'm fine, sorry for wasting your time. " The girl stand up and smiled ignoring that her small tears. She was about to run away until I stop her.
" Ah, can I have the cookies though for an apology. " The girl quickly gave it to me.
" H-Here you go!! " The she ran away towards her friend WHO IS ACTUALLY 10 METERS AWAY FROM US. I feel so guilty.
I can hear their conversation.
" See told you he's a bad guy. "
" N-No I understand why, he's popular and it would bring him down because of rumors. He accepts my home made cookies at least!! "
" Fine.. let's just go to class. "
What a nice girl but it's better if we start off as friends. I sighed. At least i was right of the home made cookies. There was one girl in my past life who confessed to my friend. She said she baked them, she did but the cookies aren't actually for my friend but other attractive males who wants to hook up with her. My friend thankfully said no.
I shake my head. I can't think of this right now.
' Blue, can you pass me Akihiko's memories? I don't know what to do next. " I didn't know that he's still going to school.
[ Sure. ]
Suddenly dozens of images flood through my mind. I exhaled as I felt comfortable with this body like it's originally mine. Then there it is, the memory when I killed one of Akihiko's exes.
It's weird, making me absorb the habits of Mr. Perfect. I gripped my palm as I watch the girl die. Apparently, how Akihiko killed her is that he drown her in one of his hook up's bathroom tub at night.
I grunted and head to' my 'classroom since Mr. Perfect shouldn't be late to class.

" Akihiko, that's strange, your a bit late. " The man who I think is Shiruku-Sensei said as he raise his eyebrow. Shiruku is like any other plain background characters so there is nothing special about his appearance.
I smiled. " Sorry Sensei, just got in an accident. " Shiruku just waved it off as I go to my seat which is near the window. Yes. Like where the main character would seat, I need to have some main character moments in my life and this is the greatest opportunity.
As I sit down I immidietely began to wonder about what everything is happening. I have to go to a place that kills people, I will have to seduce someone or protect them until the end of the story. It's pretty clear that every endings have to have a boss battle. I think it's where I have to sacrifise myself. Sacrifice myself, I shrug. I'm already dead so I don't think I might be afraid to die again. Even when I died painlessly I can still feel nothing after that.
I was a person who would think twice to act. I always think if it's best to listen to what Blue said. they are a system therefore they don't feel anything. They will listen to me if it's something the one controlling Blue allows to.
Whatever, I don't care what will happen to me. I wonder if this anime will come to public in my world. I wonder if I can watch it. That's my mission isn't it. To do and observe.
' Blue. Are you there? '

As I answered correctly ( I think ) Shiruku's eyes widen. " You really took my reminders well Akihiko. " He smiled before asking the other students.
I sighed in relief, I never was good infront of people, I'm glad I got the confidence from the previous Akihiko. How Mr. Shiruku said Akihiko's first name seemed like they get along, I wonder if I can collect those jambled memories to an organised state.
