Chapter 101: Mana less

Unfamiliar ceiling.

Mihael woke up.

Head throbbing, otherwise fine.

Small hands, weak…

He was back to his infant body. Roughly four.

'No mana?'

That was odd.

Even if this world didn't have mana, he still should have.

Besides, even if he couldn't recover mana, he could still call forth just enough to not be losing any.

'Did the jump-'

No, that shouldn't have been the case.

Yes, time jumps took a considerable amount of mana to perform. However, it still should have gone according to Mihael's calculations. And even with excess use, he still should have at least had his backup mana.

However, his body wasn't reacting to mana at all.

As in, he never had mana to begin with.

Ordinary room.

Clean walls. 

Floating bed.

Some sensor strips on the wall, lightly glowing.

Floating tea table and comfortably bright.
