He had been mentally preparing himself with grave difficulty about this very conversation he was about to have with Yating. But with how Duan Ren spoke, insinuating some devious and sadist plot, he felt losing that confidence quickly. He thought of himself as a criminal who snatched a very important person from Yating's life.
