"Violette, do you believe in souls?" I anxiously looked at Violette, unsure if she would believe me. "I'm Sophia…"

Violette was in shock for a long time. With a hand over her mouth, she didn't say a word for a while. Maybe my explanation was too forced and unbelievable.

"What do you want?" Violette frowned after a long time had passed. She appeared somewhat angry. "How do you know all that? Why are you impersonating Sophia? Do you think I'm a fool?"

She looked at me with caution, as if wondering if I was a suspect or an accomplice.

It was indeed challenging for anyone to accept someone suddenly appearing and claiming to be their deceased friend.

"Relax, relax." I quickly raised my hands, making a calming gesture.

Violette was stunned for a moment and grew more cautious.

She was probably wondering why I knew so much about Sophia's secrets.
