Soon, the classes went by, with nothing interesting happening for the rest of the week. Most of the classes were just introduction to the subject and was about getting the students familiar with the content that would be taught in the years to come.
The only useless class would have to be Defence Against The Dark Arts.
The constant mumbling and stuttering from Quirrell almost made me wanna put a bullet in my mouth.
And that is saying something. Being an ER doctor in the past life and the memories of one of the greatest warriors in the multiverse, I could confidently say that I had a strong mind. But Quirrell almost pushed me over the edge.
Soon, the weekend came, and I was finally ready to start my plans.
Sneaking out of the dorms on Friday night, I slowly made my way to the seventh-floor corridor and looked for a painting of trolls dancing ballet.
A few minutes later, I found the painting I was looking for.
Walking in front of it three times, I chanted in my head, "All the books in the Castle from Day 1." On repeat.
As soon as I finished the third walk, a intricate black door started to show itself on the wall opposite the painting.
The next second, the wall was replaced with a massive door which slowly swung open when I pushed on it lightly.
Entering the dark room, the candles and torches on the walls lit up brightly and illuminated the room.
Comparable to multiple massive airplane hangars, the room was filled with endless rows of shelves filled with various books.
"Awesome." I call out in awe as I take in the sights of the room.
Making my way to the first shelf closest to me, I place my hand on a book and try to copy it in my library.
'Success'. Seeing the contents perfectly copied, I punched the air in excitement.
"I didn't think this would work. So, the books here are actual copies of the books present in the castle from the day it was built. That is so cool." I mutter as I move over to copy every book in my library.
Two hours of running around, I finally finish copying all the books into the LOHP, when I slump down to the ground in utter exhaustion.
"Man, I need to work on my stamina." I say in a hoarse voice as I take a sip from my water bottle.
Closing my eyes, I think about entering the library, and the next moment, when I open my eyes, I see the massive golden gates of the Library of Heaven's Path.
"All books on potions and recovery techniques, Compile." As I enter, I loudly command the books to come forward and compile into one.
'I hope there's enough for a proper, flawless book.' I silently pray, while waiting for the books to fuse.
The next instant, a golden light flashes in front of me and a book hovers in the air.
With fingers crossed, I open the book to its first page and check the list of flaws.
"Flaws: None"
"Fuck yes." I punch the air in excitement and celebrate the first ever flawless book created.
Calming my excitement, I read through the book quickly and as I read more and more, the content pours into my brain and making me able to understand each and every detail perfectly.
In 20 minutes, I complete reading the thick book and look up.
"Holy shit"
I slowly close my eyes as I process the new information imprinted in my brain and think about the best way to solve my current issues.
"Nutrition potions should help with the years of malnourishment. A proper ritual will be needed to fix my leaking and underdeveloped magic core, and a lot of potions to replace the damaged bones and tissues." I summarise the content and check the ingredients of each recipe and ritual.
"Some are very common ingredients, a few, I will have to special order, and the rest I might be able to find in the forbidden forest. Easy enough. I'll just send an owl to Gringotts to buy these materials for me secretly."
"Lets move on to the next topic." I say as I turn my attention towards the library.
"All books on Horcruxes and removal of dark arts, Compile." I loudly order.
The next moment, hundreds of books fly over and fuse together, making a flash of gold to appear.
A moment later, a book hovers quietly, waiting to be read.
"Flaws: None" "Yahhoooo." I cheer loudly, and look through the book.
Basic information on horcruxes was on the first few pages. Then the book went on about various curses and dark arts that can be used and the methods to remove or deal with them. Listed in the book was also a whole chapter about the method to remove a horcrux from an object, and another 2 chapters about how to remove complex curses from humans.
Fusing the chapters together, a whole page listed the appropriate method to remove a horcrux or a soul piece from a human host.
However, the requirements of the ritual were every tough.
"I need the DNA of the soul piece's owner. Fuck, where am I going to find that?" I question myself as I rack my brain for an answer.
"ah-ha" a few minutes of my brain running a hundred miles per hour, I figure it out.
"Wasn't Quirrell affected by my touch in the canon. That would only happen if he had Voldy's blood coursing through his veins. Let me test this theory." I say as I exit the LOHP and grab a piece of paper and pen from my back pocket.
'The DNA of Quirinus Quirrell is a match for Tom Riddle and can be used for the Horcrux removal Ritual.' I write on the piece of paper.
'Flaws'
"Flaws: The DNA of Quirinus Quirrell is not an exact match of Tom Riddle. At present, the similarity of the DNA between the two is less than 30%. The DNA will not be able to be used for the Ritual."
"Damn, there goes my chance." I curse as I read the flaw repeatedly.
"Wait I damn minute. What does it mean currently? Can it change?" thinking so, I quickly change the statement on the paper and try again.
'The DNA of Quirinus Quirrell will be a match for Tom Riddle and can be used for the Horcrux removal Ritual in a month's time.'
"Flaws: The DNA of Quirinus Quirrell will not be an exact match of Tom Riddle. In a month, the similarity of the DNA between the two is less than 40%."
"Hehehehh." I laugh creepily and change the word on the page again.
"Flaws: The DNA of Quirinus Quirrell is not an exact match of Tom Riddle. In 9 months, the similarity of the DNA between the two is less than 80%. However, the DNA can be used in the Horcrux Removal Ritual with a chance of 100% success."
"So I have to wait for a few months till I'm able to remove this piece of soul from my head. Cool." I say as I file the information in the back of my head and turn back towards the LOHP.
