So, I'm saying I'm the one who should be worried he might snatch you away from me, not the other way around since he's not even interested in any lady so far."

"What are you talking about? No one can compare to your beauty. Not even Alwin. He is indeed very pretty. But you are more beautiful and striking in every way," her husband's eyes were clouded by his feelings.

Arabella could at least admit to herself that Alwin was more beautiful than she was.

Especially if he was a woman. But even as a man, she was on the losing end.
