"Announce the winner", I shouted to the referee in the Magic Arena, and they quickly announced my win.
"Impossible, how did you kill my best prodigy?" Prince Heller questioned me from his VIP cubicle.
"Thanks to you for letting him learn Dark magic", I replied to the prince who quickly became silent.
Learning Dark magic was banned in Drachia kingdom. Even though the influence of the church was much reduced in the kingdom after their retreat from the demon army, there was still a strong religious force in the city.
"Mithridocus, this will not be the end of it. We will report this to the Church about your family's dabbling in dark magic", the priest who chided me earlier started to suspect Prince Heller and his family.
"This is all Khaleaf's own doing. That has nothing to do with our family", Prince Heller replied to the priest as he quickly moved his cubicle back to the ground, leaving the Magic Arena soon after.
"Are there no more challengers from the coward Mithridocus family?" I shouted to Prince Heller as he left.
Khaleaf revealed a dark side of the Mithridocus family. It was possible that they were dabbling in dark magic despite the practice being banned in the kingdom. The prince realized the seriousness of this matter far outweighed his original intention of punishing me, so he quickly left.
"How did you cast our holy magic?" the priest asked me.
"I'm not telling you and I definitely never learned any of your bloody magic", I replied to the priest before leaving.

"How did you cast the holy light at the last moment?" Cassandra asked me immediately after I returned to my friends.
"Remember we saved a priest in Starri city. He used a magic chalice that cast a holy light when we fought against the Flesh Meat monster. I took the chalice from him and kept it. When I realized the only way to neutralize the skeleton head's dark magic was holy magic, I brought the chalice out to cast its light", I explained to her.
Suddenly, Hugo ran toward me, panting as he ran.
"What is the matter, Hugo?" I asked him.
"I've collected the winnings, less my commission, here's five million Aurs", Hugo told me and gave me the money.
Before our fight, I asked Hugo to bet on me winning.
So, he went to place bets on me with the Betting Stations in the Magic Arena and we won both fights, making us a lot of money.
"This winning is pocket change compared to the wager that he won from the Mithridocus family", Ratatouille told Hugo.
"Hahaha, the money is only subsidiary. This feeling of exhilaration, I've never felt for a very long time", Hugo said to us.
"You got that right, old man. I miss the good old times", I replied to him.

"Mithridocus? Father you better run as far away from them as possible from now and don't go to their parties anymore. They are demon worshippers", I told Orol.
"Yes, you are right. I never thought the main family would go so low as to practice Dark magic, do you think they really did that? Practice Dark magic", Orol told me and asked.
