SAVING THE EUNUCH AT LAST
"Either way we'll be damned, just do the damn job", I told him.
Reluctantly Epius held out his hands as hundreds of keys came out from his mechanist realm toward the deviant maidservants to open the locks on the magical leashes put on them by the Apostles.
Hundreds of deviant maidservants were saved by Epius.
"Done but I still think I'll be damned", he told me.
"Damn you then", I told him when suddenly a woman came over.
"You released all the deviants?" Aluva said to me.
"Yes, Aluva, bring these women out of here before the apostles in the Canyon of Agony comes back", I told her.
Aluva would lead the deviants away from the Monastery of Elis Gate.

"Are you done freeing the deviants? What's the plan now?" Iras asked me when we returned to the conjurers.
Suddenly, a signal flare was released into the sky.
"Yes, now we are done with the prisoners", I told him after releasing the signal flares.
"You are signaling the demons? Did you have an agreement with them before this?" Iras asked me but I was too busy to answer him with the details.
"Yes, now we join the fight to help the Apostles while I sneak into their camp to save the Eunuch", I told him.
"Why are we doing this now? I thought we'll let the apostles fight their own fights?" Iviar asked me.
"Do you want to claim your reward from the apostles? At least pretend to be of help", I replied to him.
"Are you sure you can save the Eunuch by yourself", Iras asked me.
"Don't worry about me, just engage the demons and Apostles. Make sure Brannon sees we are helping him. You don't have to give your best fights though", I told him.
"Enhanced Gravity"
Anitor increased the gravity on the battlefield between the Apostles and Demons on the side of the demons, slowing their assault.
"It's about time you useless Conjurers did something", High Apostle Bannon shouted out to us.
"Storms of Fire"
Eless cast a storm of magical fire that rained onto the demons. However, her flame wasn't effective against the strong armor of the demons, but the visuals of her firestorm confirmed the conjurers' joining the battle with the apostles.
"Die you bloody demons", High Apostle Bannon shouted to the demon army.
By this time the deviants were planning to retreat after they saw the entry of the conjurers into the battle equation. At the signal from their Demonlords, the demon army retreated.

"High Apostle Haroth, I will save you", I shouted loudly as I ran toward the camp of the demon army.
"What the hell is that fool doing?" High Apostle Bannon asked about me.
"You wanted us to help you save High Apostle Haroth, didn't you?" Iras told the High Apostle.
"It's about bloody time although foolish, how can he rescue Haroth by himself, that guy", High Apostle Bannon told us.
I rushed to the Demon camp evading all the Demons along the way. I moved so quickly that it was impossible for the demons to stop me.
"You have a fast runner in your group? No wonder. But he is still not up to the task," High Apostle asked Iras and told him.
By this time, I reached the camp of the Demon Queen.
"Release the prisoner to me or we will kill all of you", I demanded from the woman in a loud voice, making sure even Brannon could hear it from the other end of the battlefield.
"Kill that damn bitch", Haroth shouted to me when he heard me.
"Never, we will kill all of you before you can harm our Savior", a Demonlord screamed back to Haroth as he came forward to thrust a sword into my chest.
"Arggghhhhhhh"
I screamed in pain as the demons captured me.
"That fool is captured now. I told you that is useless", High Apostle Bannon told Iras.
The demons brought me toward where they held High Apostle Haroth. They left me with Haroth before they walked away from the prison leaving only me behind with High Apostle Haroth.
"Are you the High Apostle Haroth?" I asked Haroth.
"Who the hell are you?" he asked me in reply.
"I came to save you", I replied to him softly.
"Save me? How?" he asked me.
Suddenly, a magical key flew out from me.
The key was given to me by Epius to be used when I reached Haroth. The magical key quickly released Haroth from his chains.
"I am free at last", High Apostle Haroth told me.
"You must leave now and run to the west deserts. We have people who will pick you up from there", I told Haroth.
Haroth was about to leave the prison camp when he saw me not moving.
"What about you?" Haroth asked me.
"I'm wounded too deeply. I can't move. I can't save myself. You must go now", I told Haroth.
"Yes, I will remember your name", High Apostle Haroth told me before he sneaked out of the camp.
"You didn't even ask for my name, you moron", I told the High Apostle after he left the camp speedily.
After a while, Eirot came into the camp.
"Will he buy it? His release?" Eirot asked me.
"He is simple minded but what the heck, I won't be around to argue with him when he returns to Elis", I replied to her.
"Why must we release that Eunuch? We already got our people back from the desert", Lord Brathnok asked the Savior when I replied to him.
"This battle between your army and Elis will be at a stalemate. With the Conjurer Court's help, you will probably lose this fight", I replied to him.
"What has that got to with releasing the Eunuch?" Lord Brathnok asked me.
"The Conjurer Court has no reason to help the Apostles once Haroth is released and back in Elis. That was their agreement- to save Haroth and only that", I replied to him.
