Chapter 109: The Manipulative King II

Since Yvonne had yet to fully accept the current King Villiers in her heart, she had a hard time accepting Rosie as her daughter as well.

Maybe she would open her heart if her current husband could really prove what he had said before, which was to make the Oceania Kingdom fall under the feet of Yvonne or Howland to avenge her grudges.

At first, she did not agree when Rosie would be married to a prince from Oceania, considering what they had done to her previous husband. However, with the king's persuasive abilities, Yvonne believed that with the political marriage, Angaria could have more information about Oceania and make it easier for them to conquer Oceania.

That was the reason Yvonne changed her mind so quickly.  And now, King Villiers was negotiating again with his wife to get Rosie out of her obsession.
