Chapter 21: Finally finished
Athena was ready to go home, as soon as the class was dismissed.
"Okay class is over" the teacher said. As he said this he walked out of the classroom.
As soon as the teacher finished saying that, Athena rushed to put her books and her few pens. She quickly grabbed her stuff and walked out of the class. The other students just looked at the running away, slowly her figure faded away as Athena continued to walk forward.
Athena rushed out of her classroom, because she didn't want to be near the students. She knew the students were going to make trouble for her. So it was better to avoid them for now. She did not want to bother herself with young and immature children.
Athena quickly went through the corridor.
When she was going through the hallway, she noticed no one was there. Everyone had probably finished there class, but we're catching up with their friends or classmates. As she started walking faster and faster, a shadow came in front of her. Her vision was blurred for a slight second.
After a few milliseconds Athena's eyes started to clear up and her vision focused onto the figure in front. She recognized who he was, Ryan.
'What was he doing her, shouldn't he be with his friends like everyone else, catching up with friends.' Athena thought, then it hit her, Ryan was the 'ELITE' he was like an untouchable existence. THis guy would not lay around talking to people, he was from outer space.
Ryan was suspicious, how come he met this girl.
Ryan turned and walked away, there meeting was no longer than 15 second. Both just walked passed each other. With their own thoughts.
Athena resumed to walk faster and faster, towards Helen's classroom. It was only a few more minutes before she reached her class.
When Athena was outside Helen's classroom, She stayed outside waiting for Helen to come over.
Helen saw her sister and was overjoyed, she was planning to go home early, she didn't like to socialize, her only best friend was Sara. Helen didn't like to curry favor or talk a lot of people. She was friendly, but she was also a quiet girl.
Helen had already talked a lot with Sara, and she really wanted to go home.
Helen quickly, picked up her stationary and quickly stuffed her belonging in her bag. Afterwards she jogged out of her class.
"Hey sis, ho was your first day at school." Helen asked, with big doe eyes.
"Good, yours?" Athena replied, it took Athena a lot of self restraint to not pick her little sister's cheek. 'Cute' Athena thought.
"Where did you go during lunch?" Helen asked. They both had started walking toward the car park. The school had quite rich brats, they would be dropped of every morning, sot her was a drop off car-park.
"Did you hear the rumour as well?" Athena asked casually, it sounded like she really didn't care about the rumours.
Helen replied "Yes, I know they are wrong, but I am worried you will be tensed." Helen held Athena 's shoulders and stopped. Athena looked down at her sister, curious about what she was doing.
"Wait, a few more days. The whole school will forget about this news, Trust me. They are all thirsty from gossip and to see people in pain, when a new student pops up they will change their target." Helen looked up towards her sister and said with all seriousness.
Athena was really surprised at the supporting and concerning words from Helen. With a slight smile, Athena patted Helen's head. With nothing but love and affection reflecting in her eyes.
As Athena and her sister started walking towards the car park, Athena turned her head. She felt as if someone was watching her. Brushing the thought away she went to her car and sat inside.
Oblivious of the fat that Ryan had been listening through the whole conversation. He had watched the sister walking towards the car park and genuinely shocked about the relationship between the two sisters. They seemed very affectionate. They were rumours of Helen not being treated well.
Ryan knew he should not trust rumours, but he was still shocked.
The girls on the other were seated in their car. They were seated in a 1998 A4 Sedan Quattro, the car was fairly ex[pensive, it was one of the latest models as it was only 2000. This car was quite popular.
But once they were seated in the fairly familiar car, Helen found herself a surprise. Athena didn't look that surprised. But she looked pleased.
