the writer is skilled at making the reader feel what the FL is feeling. I was getting so angry when the grandma was being mean to her 😡 I wish the author will update this frequently, otherwise I will be sad 😭

Please, if you love your peace of mind do not read this book. I don’t know what happened to the author but it seems the book has been dropped for more than a year now. The book is amazing but it ends on a cliffhanger and doesn’t continue again. Unless you see that it’s past 77 chapters, do not touch this book. Or unless you’re able to read and understand Chinese.

A really great and interesting story that I dearly wish was continued. I don't know if it is the author or the translator that stopped, but whoever did has made me super unhappy. I really hope it gets continued or picked up, because there is something really great here.

This novel is really interesting. I like the female lead character and the plot of the story is really nice and It is rare for a novel take place in 19 or 20 century.
Why can't you update...................it is told you will be continuing from October.. But it's already going to be december... Very bad
