Chapter 6: Rasengan instead of Water ball
Now that the magic training starts, Roxy and Rudy went to the courtyard and decided that this field is enough to have a magic training. It's common sense that you might destroy the house if you conduct the magic training inside.
"Before you show me what you can do, let me demonstrate first a simple magic." Roxy put her hand at ease and face it to the tree.
"Bestow the protection of water to the place where thou demands, let the crystal clear stream appear here. [Water Ball]!"
When Roxy recited a simple magic, a water ball with the size of standard basketball, was now travelling to the branch of the tree and makes it break.
"Wow! Your magic is powerful. But Ms. Home Tutor, you destroyed my mother's tree. If she knows this, you might not get your salary." Trying to impress Rudy, Roxy's show off results of his mother's branch tree to be destroyed.
One of Zenith's hobby is to take care her plants in the courtyard. Before she become an adventurer, she already takes care there family's garden.
There was that one time when Paul swung his sword and accidentally cuts a twig of her plants. Rudy couldn't imagine his mother's fury and his father didn't stand a chance and was banned to sleep with her as a punishment.
Of course, this kind of punishment didn't last long.
"Oh no! I'm sorry!" Roxy picks up the broken branch and place it to the damage part of the tree.
"Let the power of god be converted into a bountiful crop, and bestowed unto those who have lost the strength to stand once more. [Healing]!" Witnessing this, Rudy couldn't help but be amazed in his home tutor.
'Hmmm... Maybe I have to start to cultivate my Cursed Chains, the Holy Chain ability might become stronger than this healing magic.' He is well informed that if you master this healing magic, it can make grow an amputated arm. He expects that his Holy Chain can also accomplished this feat.
Roxy was satisfied when the branch was now restored in the tree.
"Okay, let me see your magic. Your mother tells me that you have a book that focuses in water magic, that's why I show you an elementary magic in water department." Roxy encourage her to show him his water ball.
"To tell you the truth Ms. Home Tutor, I didn't practice the water ball yet." Rudy didn't feel ashamed when he tells her this.
*sigh* "Like I thought." Roxy couldn't help but feel regretful of this. But as a home tutor, she was still responsible and will teach him how to feel mana and produce the water ball.
"But my magic is somehow original, like this." A little beads of sweat are coming out in his forehead when he produce Rasengan in his right hand.
The moment when Roxy see this, she couldn't help but drop her jaws and her eyes are now bulge. This child, who doesn't know elementary water magic, produce a ball made out of pure mana and chantless at that.
For her entire life, this is the first that she witness this kind of magic, wherein you will manipulate pure mana and make an attack spell.
"You're telling me that you can do voiceless incantation? And produce a magic based of pure mana without a touch of element? You really are a genius!" Now she wants to ask this child to teach her voiceless incantation, she can only manage to do chant omission. And non-nature magic is very rare.
"To be honest, I'm still weak and not satisfied in non-nature magic. That's why I need your help so I can learn to control elements." Rudy pleads to his home tutor with puppy eyes.
Without further ado, Roxy begins to teach him the fundamentals on producing elements. This process is like the Cursed Chains pre-requisite, if he wants to learn water nature, he needs to drink water and feel it's essence. So long as he understand the very existence of the element, it will not become a problem to learn this.
Being a reincarnator and has a knowledge in Science, he can now produce the four basic elements without much effort. Although he can't do intermediate rank magic yet, his goal of learning elements was enough.
"And you tell me in the beginning that you can't produce elemental magic, maybe you really didn't need my help." Roxy couldn't help but feel envious to his protege's talent.
"Please don't doubt your capabilities, we have different starting point, but that is not the reason to give up. For me, you are a wonderful magician. I can see how you can precisely control your mana to produce an efficient magic. I want to learn magic from you, Teacher Roxy." This praise came to his heart because her teaching was very easy to comprehend.
Hearing his heart felt gratitude, Roxy couldn't help but to blush and acknowledge him as a capable student.
"Thank you Rudy. Can I call you Rudy? I promise you that I will teach you everything that I know." 'And I won't let myself leave behind in your talent' Now Roxy was determined to never let her student down and teaches him every knowledge she knows.
After dinner, Roxy request to Rudy that he go to her room and she will tell him something.
'Probably she will tell me the history of this world. Since she's making an effort, I won't let my future wife down.' While thinking this, Rudy was going to her room and prepare himself.
The moment he opens her room, Rudy saw her home tutor staring at him while trying to wear her underwear. She was now naked and trying to change her underwear.
"..."
"..."
An awkward situation was now happening but Rudy, using his child physique as an excuse, enters her room and close the door shamelessly.
"Uhmmm... Rudy, maybe you can go out first. I'm still changing my sleepwear." Even though her student was a child, for her, he was still a man. Seeing him while she was half naked was embarrassing.
"It's okay Teacher Roxy, don't mind me. As a matter of fact, I also saw my mother fully naked when we take a bath, so I'm very familiar with a naked girl." With a dead pan look, he tries to assure her that everything is fine. Thank god that he was still a child so his lower region has not capable to be stimulated yet.
Although deep inside, he was drooling in this legal loli's body, he still have a rational mind to not do something stupid.
Seeing this child didn't plan to leave, Roxy continue to change her clothes quickly.
"My fault, I didn't close the door first so you're not entirely wrong. But next time, try to knock the door first, okay?" Still blushing, she carefully remind him that intruding the girl's room while someone was changing is rude.
Rudy promised her that this event will not happen again. And right now, he was recalling such marvelous legal loli's half naked body. Rudy already seared it into his memory and from now on, he will never forget this kind of bliss.
