Chapter 395: Spy

Rose, who finished shopping, approached Oscar. She was surprised when she saw Oscar's face turn tense while talking on the phone—looks like he was in trouble.

Is there a problem at the office?

"What's the matter, Oscar? Why do you look so tense?" 

Oscar almost jumped from his chair when he heard Rose's voice so close. He immediately hung up the call and looked at her. 

"B-Boss… n-nothing. Are you guys done yet?" an awkward smile framing Oscar's panicked face. 

"Yes, we finished. You looked…uneasy. What happened to you?" 

"Mmm…don't blame me, boss. It's past lunchtime, and now I'm starving. Do you mind if we go to lunch now?" Oscar was worried that Rose overheard his conversation with Wolf. Now, he was trying his best to distract her.

"Alright!" Rose and Keira follow Oscar out of the watch shop.
