A decent read for me. Although I still hate the behavior of cutting the chapters into several pieces.
great novel could really use an glossary chapter where u explain about the world background abit as well as cultivation realms and such
overall ok but in starting i was confused as author was making connections to another novel but it is ok at this point as later i understood the flow but the author is focusing too much on a single side character to wa zi( mc is now only mentioned in the passing only when he needs his protection only) I think it is because he thinks he( to wa zi) is funny or something but it is not and because of that I am dropping this novel here
Tu Wa Zi one of the kids will make you wanna drop this novel because of his character, it’s trash not trash that you can understand and go with but just absolute garbage
a bit marred by translation, this seems like a promising story. Read it in its native language if you can. The main problem with the translation is that it seems to translate words and phrases literally, rather than adapting them to English grammar and syntax.
Honestly realy good story, is not just the basic story that is repeated over and over. Would 100% recommend!
I like it, It has an interesting concept. It's a story you like to read to pass time or relax. The golden finger in it is kinda absurd and out of place, but that's how it is in all of these chinese novels😅
I was really enjoying the whole story even though it’s a piggyback from Wanmei Shijie (Perfect World) up until they ruined the image of Willow God (FMC i’m assuming). Around close to CH 500 or 500+ the writer or translator made her from classy, ethereal and pure to needy, clingy and demanding. I get that you’re venturing out as your own story but at least have the decency to be consistent if you’re basing a character that is revered by many from an existing character. Even though romance or relationship development ma not be the author’s forte but at least make it believable instead of wham bam sticking your tongue down your throat (literally what Willow God did to MC after he reluctantly accepted her proposal, massive invasion of space but what do i know). They’ve done such a good job along the way but decided to be like every other novel by poorly written romance of the MC which is such a huge let down. I seriously don’t get WHY they have to add romance when they have hard time conveying feelings and emotions between characters. Not even taking grammar and misgendering of the characters, don’t even get me started. 🙄 Will i continue to read it? Probably since i already paid for most chapter.
