"What's the status?"
Nathan asked the man beside him. If not for him seeing Lukas standing there, he wouldn't have known that the guy was there at all. He had no presence at the moment, quite the skill if he said so.
"About twenty of them are surrounding the area. Ten more are on standby not far," Lukas replied.
Nathan knotted his brows.
"So they really did gather a huge group."
"They are aiming to get Nadia tonight, as expected."
"How dare those bastards..."
Nathaniel clenched his fist in anger as he vowed to at least kill one of them tonight to appease himself.
"I'm sure they would make a bigger mess tonight. They would bombard us with fierce attacks as a distraction so they could infiltrate the manor," Lukas remarked.
Nathan nodded solemnly.
"The battlemages already know what to do. I gave them a heads up."
