From here it he could end up in a modern world ends up as an orphan get adopted lives life blah blah blah till he reaches puberty and then he starts changing, starts developing enhanced senses reflexes etc.( which is his body preparing itself and developing in preparation for his transformation) and he gets drawn into the hidden world of the supernatural. as the worlds first werewolf. This could also be used as a prompt for a fanfic of some show if done right.
ps. he doesnt know that he came from another world and that stuff of origin cause he came as an infant.
