Chapter 712: Twins?

"Blood Beast Sect?" Ling Chuxi frowned and asked in confusion.

"That's right, the Blood Beast Sect…" Wei Wuji was about to continue when he suddenly faltered. He gripped the sides of his head, his face clouded in agonizing pain.

"Are you alright?" Ling Chuxi asked in concern and approached Wei Wuji, who suddenly pushed her so hard that she stumbled back about a dozen steps before falling on her behind.

"What are you doing?" Ling Yichen demanded, his hand reaching for his sword as he moved to Ling Chuxi's side protectively. 

"Stand down!" Jiang Wuhen barked as he positioned himself between them.

Wei Wuji was still holding his head and groaning, his whole body drenched in sweat as if he had just come in from the rain. His expression made Ling Chuxi and the rest shiver. Jiang Wuhen, however, did not seem to find it odd and only waited patiently. After quite some time had passed, Wei Wuji's features slowly relaxed.
