He doesn't have any form he can become a chair or even a bed, his quirk can even let him become a building but that only possible if he trains his quirk hard for 20 years because of the difference in the size of the human🚶 and building 🏨. He is a living arsenal as he can copy any close-range weapons. He can even use his body like a rope for capturing. Frankly speaking, it's the most versatile quirk ever.
