It took a whole day for the Werewolf Council to announce the number of casualties that resulted from Lucrethia's last act of defiance.

Other than Lucrethia herself, two werewolves died on the spot because they failed to escape the crumbling building.

The first one was Conrad Woodland who did not at all transform because he was not in the right state of mind. The second one was Elijah Summertide who could not escape because he was chained in his cell prison.

The others thankfully got away with their lives, although some were quite badly wounded that they had to stay in St. Clarence hospital for weeks.

Kieran Locksworth, for example, barely made it because he had to search for Lillian before rushing outside.
