Chapter 256: The Alpha Had A Plan

The wait outside the temple was torturous, no matter how long or short it was. Since it was in the middle of the night, a lot of mosquitos were out to feast themselves on hot-blooded living beings. Including the alpha werewolves who were not able to gain the amount of respect they deserved from said mosquitos.

"Mr. Dane, why don't you sit in the car?" Jake asked the elder man after he killed the tenth mosquito in a row.

Dane shook his head gently. "No need. If you don't want to get bitten anymore, you can go sit in the car."

Jake too shook his head. 

"I want to wait here."

Even if Dane Silverback personally stuffed him inside the car, he still would not let his elder stand outside alone and be bitten by a bunch of hungry mosquitos.
