Chapter 93: Take the Crown

Wo Shie was on the ground twitching in pain, in the same moment the white light in his inner universe began to vibrate and hum.

With each passing moment the humming and vibration became stronger until the point that Wo Shie's body had a white circle glowing around his abdomen and even shining through his clothing.

The light continued to glow until it became a beacon shining from his stomach. As if the beacon were a magnetic call the manual began to hover over towards the beacon of light.

As the manual began to hover over the light it began to dissolve and tiny particles could be seen flowing into Wo Shie. Once the entire Taijutu's manual had dissolved the entire castle began to vibrate.

The vibration continued until a large crash could be heard in the castle and a light blue light zipped through the castle like a stream of lightning also entering the bright white light.

After the blue light dissolved the beacon he was emtting began to recede as the castle returned to silence.

Wo Shie slowly regained his consciousness and began to stand up slowly before stumbling back down and attempting to stand again.

Once Wo Shie stood he saw that the manual had disappeared and the golden altar had taken the shape of a throne while a white ethereal crown that emmitted a black mist sat in the seat.

Wo Shie reached out his hand to grab the crown before a familiar voice entered his ears.

"Wait!" Lola spike causing Wo Shie to turn around before he was able to touch the crown.

A tall woman stood, her white hair contrasted deeply against the dark dress she was wearing. Her face was perfectly symmetrical and her proportions perfectly resembling the curvature of a hillside.

She looked absolutely divine as if she could never be sullied by the trivial matters of the human world.

"Wo Shie… this is the path you've chosen?" Lola said after a brief pause bringing Wo Shie out of his stupor.

"It's the only way I can make sure I don't lose any more people I care about.." Wo Shie said while looking down at his hands.

"Little Shie…" Lola could hear the pain and determination in his voice that left her at a loss of words.

"No matter how far you disconnect you and everything will always be connected… we will always be a part of you." Lola said before turning around to walk away.

"Lola.. thank you for caring about me…" he said.

Lola paused hearing this and gave a last look at Wo Shie pain clearly evident on her face before she walked away returning to the comprehension chamber.

'Did I just lose her….' Wo Shie thought his emotions crashing into him like a brick. The trauma of his mother he tried to stuff down, the idea of not knowing his father, and the feeling of emptiness he felt within these thoughts came up.

Wo Shie gasped for air before finally breaking down tears streaming down his face. He cried and cried for hours until he finally cried himself to sleep.

When he came to his head was in the lap of the angelic white haired beauty who was gently caressing his head.

"Don't cry little Shie,, nothing you've ever done has been wrong, you have a purpose in this world even if you don't know it… and its likely far greater than you could even imagine." Lola said her voice ringing through all the emotional pain Wo Shie was feeling causing his eyes to water.

"But, what is it…" Wo Shie asked his voice weak.

"You will learn more as you grow, for now you just need to keep growing until you are big and strong then it will come to you." Lola said while caressing his head gently.

Soft sobs could be heard from Wo Shie as he was starting to understand the path he was walking more and more with each second.

He had to grow stronger, that way no one would be able to take anything from him. The witch doctor told him to grow strong, Lola told him he needed to grow strong.

He wanted to be strong so he could be the protector instead of always being protected.

"Okay… I will become the strongest and then we can all be happy together again." Wo Shie said through his sniffles while he tried to clear his cloudy mind.

"Take the crown, I will be here waiting for you." Lola said while lifting the young teen Wo Shie to his feet.
