Mr. Iyer: "Everyone please take a seat."

And the rest nodded to show their affirmation.
Mr. Iyer: "Since everyone is aware then let's not waste time and call Mr. Pant to start todays meeting"
Mr. Pant: "Yes"
Saying this he stands up and walks to the front to act as a keynote speaker.

Each sub-world will belong to a certain group of people and it will aid them in improving.
For better understanding, Let's say a group of chefs occupy a sub-world, then the sub world will slowly change and become a world specially bred for chefs to grow.
For chefs, if they spend a long time in this world then their abilities related to cooking will improve at a rapid speed.
What's more is that for a group of people who are able to climb to the top the pyramid of chefs in this world, they will all gain a special ability that will allow their art to progress by leaps and bounds.
As the level of the existing sub-worlds increase it will lead to birth of more and more new sub-worlds thus forming a virtuous cycle.]
