Burnchester, 1995.
While everyone was celebrating Halloween with joy, the Finn family was experiencing the real Halloween sensation as their beloved daughter was possessed by a demon. The demon liked Madeleine's future husband, but that demon couldn't touch him and so Madeleine became the target. Madeleine crawled into the wall with her face turned sinister, she laughed at all the fear she saw on the faces of her family members including her future husband. Thick red blood kept coming out of her mouth, her head could even rotate like an owl while crawling on the ceiling of the room.
"My beloved Phillip, did I scare you? How can you be afraid of your beautiful Madeleine," she said, laughing so hard that it made everyone's eardrums hurt.
A few moments later the priest came to do the exorcism ritual, with the help of his assistant, he immediately carried out the exorcism ritual because Madeleine's life was truly threatened. The demon that possessed Madeleine wasn't a demon that was easily expelled by the verses of God, she even said that she had lived before the gospel existed. After nearly two hours of exorcism, they were finally able to get Madeleine back after her condition looked terrible. Her body was full of bruises with a mouth covered in blood, Her eyelids looked very sunken because during the demon possession Madeleine didn't sleep and continued to cry, didn't even want to eat and drink anything. Madeleine fell off the roof and her head almost hit the wood of the bed if they didn't catch her quickly, Madeleine's cries broke out when she realized that her soul had returned to her body. She cowered in fear, even Madeleine was afraid to open her eyes because she was afraid of seeing that creepy figure again.
The wind picked up with the woman's squealing laughter echoing in Madeleine's room, "I swear, I'll come back and bring something that you won't be able to let go of Philip!"

"Stop it! Are you crazy? This is an office not a wrestling ring!"
The inspector tried to separate two of his men who were now fighting over a trivial matter, they hit each other until finally a wrong punch landed on the inspector's face. Fresh blood flowed from his nose after Dalton gave him a pretty hard punch, even the bridge of his nose looked a bit crooked.
"Dalton Blake! Robert Wayne!" he shouted.
The two troublemakers were immediately dragged to the chief of police's office, without the need for a trial they immediately received a transfer of duty. Robert was transferred to the traffic section, while Dalton was 'banished' to Burnchester. A small town that was unpleasant for normal humans to live in, there were many unpleasant rumors that the town was filled with people from cult sects of devil worshipers, witches and many other creepy things.
"You will be transferred to the missing persons section in Burnchester, if you successfully solve this case I will give you a promotion and a sizable salary." the police chief said while giving Dalton a letter of assignment.
Dalton picked up his assignment paper and read the case in Burnchester carefully, "Are you crazy? There are five dead cops and you want me to join in this team!"
"If you don't want to, no problem, you can quit this police force."
Dalton immediately panicked when he heard the last option offered by the police chief, he could not possibly give up this job because Eileen's parents would not allow their daughter to marry a loser. Dalton finally accepted the assignment although half-heartedly, tonight he would go straight to the town of Burnchester and someone would pick him up at the dormitory.
As agreed, the person who picked up Dalton finally arrived at the dormitory in an old jeep from 1996. An old man who turned out to be the guardian of the police dormitory in Burnchester named Reyes Moretti, he was a veteran employed by the police to train new police officers in Burnchester. Even though he is elderly, Reyes is still dashing and his shooting skills are still quite good, moreover Reyes knows the situation and conditions in Burnchester more than anyone else.
"Are you a new member of the Burnchester missing persons search team?" he asked as he helped Dalton load his luggage into the car.
"Yes, I hope it's not boring there."
The man laughed amusedly at Dalton's words, "In Burnchester you will not have time to be bored, Burnchester is a beautiful and magical city."
Dalton didn't respond anymore, beautiful? What the internet says is not like that. Dalton used his earphones to avoid Reyes' ramblings, he was lazy to respond to Reyes' story about the city of Burnchester which he thought was very absurd. Dalton closed his eyes while enjoying the strains of the song, until finally he fell asleep.
Dalton woke up when a strong shock hit Reyes' car, he was about to grumble but Reyes quickly silenced his mouth. Dalton didn't understand what was going on here, they stopped in the middle of a dense forest and Reyes didn't continue driving the car. The atmosphere was so quiet that Dalton could hear small things including his heartbeat, Reyes was vigilantly paying attention to his surroundings and he had a gun ready to shoot anything in his path.
Moments later, there was the sound of a wild animal growling but they had yet to see what was near them. Dalton chuckled, he could guess that it was a jaguar and Reyes was overreacting to the creature's presence.
"It's probably just a jaguar, hurry up and drive this car again. I don't want us to be stuck in this forest all night," he grumbled without looking at the situation.
"Shut your mouth! there are no jaguars living in this forest!" Reyes snapped in a tone of suppressed annoyance.
The car shook again even harder than the previous blow, but this was not a blow but something was climbing onto the roof of Reyes' car. The creature moved towards the hood of the car, after half of its body came down Dalton could only see that it wasn't a jaguar. Reyes pulled Dalton to duck and hide from that creature, Dalton who had been so annoying, suddenly fell silent with a pale face. His hands were shaking with sweat soaking his forehead, his pupils seemed to tremble with great fear.
Dalton had never seen such a creature before, a large hairy body, a height that was probably more than two meters, sharp claws like daggers. The smell of blood and rotten smell was very strong when the creature stood on the hood of Reyes' car, it is like a wolf but its physique looks more abnormal than wolves in general. After being terrorized until their hearts seemed to want to fall out of place, the creature finally left and they could breathe with relief. But their expectations were wrong, the creature returned and turned Reyes' car around until it crashed into a tree. The creature grinned showing sharp fangs and greenish saliva came out through the fangs, Dalton finally knew what it felt like to face death in front of his eyes when his eyes met with the creature. Dalton finally fainted and didn't remember anything anymore after the creature threw its sharp claws at him, after trying to find an object that he believed could repel the creature, Reyes immediately approached that creature and threw the object in his hand straight. The creature groaned in pain with sparks slowly appearing on its body, Within seconds the fire grew and burned the creature until it was reduced to dust. Reyes fell to the ground with rapid breathing and heartbeat and cold sweat dripping down his forehead. If he hadn't found the object earlier, perhaps they would have become the creature's dinner.
"Dalton?" Reyes tries to call Dalton, but that young man turns out to be unconscious.
Reyes looked around him, hoping that another car or something would pass by considering that his car had been destroyed and could not possibly be driven again. But that seems very impossible, considering that it was almost midnight and the rule in the city of Burnchester was that you were not allowed to leave the house after 10 pm. With great difficulty, Reyes tried to carry Dalton's body, which was much heavier than himself. About his car and Dalton luggage, Reyes will pick it up tomorrow morning. This was a pretty unlucky night for Reyes, he shouldn't have accepted the offer to pick up Dalton. Now he has to struggle to carry this arrogant young man and his car is also damaged, he also had to give up his last stock of amulets that could protect him from the strange creatures in Burnchester.
