You know, when I was browsing and saw this fanfic for the first time I saw " Pokemon: I am Gay!" Lol! HAHAHAHAHA. Like it really looks like that!
I’m always down for a Gary Self insert. How many chapters does the original have?
If I'm not mistaken, there was already someone translating this story (I think they stopped), so when you get to it, will you give them a heads up?
A good story, if you just want a light read, it's a decent translation. It has some errors but they don't affect the reading.................... .
the translation started okay but it got lazy after a dozen of chapters. Story is okay, the fights are subpar, basically one hit KO most of the time. updates are fast. Dialogues are bad. Character interactions could be better, typical CN interactions.
This story is definitely better than what it's name suggests. I honestly wasn't expecting much from it other than a time pass but it proved better

A somewhat entertaining story. The translation is occasionally quite rough. The MC has moments where he just comes across as an asshole. Finally the MCs system feels completely superfluous, since it barely shows up and most of the recourses the MC gets from it are things he could've gotten himself. It feels like the author included the system just because novels with systems are popular and the story could've easily gone the same way without it.
The problems with this translation just kept piling up. Kept over looking it, hoping thing got better. but once I read "crazy scratching" instead of fury swipes, i decided to drop it as this indicated that either the translator doesn't know shit about pokemon and is just translating it or they just put it through some translation software and copy pasted it. Seriously, if you are going that route, atleast have the decency to format it to remove stupid chinese elements like young master as well as correct the syntax and translation errors. Additionally the source also doesn't seem great. An example of this is, there was this early system mission that provided a reward that got the mc super excited but then it was completely forgotten later as mc didnt make any actions to ensure it was completed on time and there was no success or failure message regarding it once the deadline had been reached. Don't know if it's been retconned later in the story, but consistency issues really get on the nerves after a while.
