Chapter 2: MonsterVille
After meeting god and transferring to Pokémon world I was aware of surroundings as 4 months old fetus. With my adult awareness, lots of time and knowhow to train aura and psychic abilities I meditated whenever I was conscious and was slowly controlling all that power contained within me. First two years of my life were pretty hellish for an 28 year old trapped in a toddler. So I slept(read meditated), pooped, ate and did I mention I pooped. After two whole years of meditation, my genius and all the latent potential as wished from god I could control my aura and psychic abilities internally as well as a highly trained riolu and abra. While this was going on I was also aware of the surroundings. It seems god was definitely gracious enough to place me in Pallet Town aka MONSTERVILLE, home to the renowned Monsters Samuel Oak(Former Kanto league Champion and The Pokémon Professor ), Red Ketchum(Former Kanto League Champion and Ash's father), Blue Oak(Current Kanto league Champion and Gary's Father), Green Leaf(Pokémon Breeder Extraordinaire and DEX holder). Even though he made me an orphan I didn't mind not having another set of parents around. My mom and dad are still alive and well in my previous world, hopefully and they will be the only parents I acknowledge.
Believe it or not Pallet town has the most expensive real estate in Kanto and is the safest place in Kanto despite it not being any bigger than a large village. And people can't just buy land there it has its own verification system and everything. Well as it was aptly put earlier it is called MONSTER TOWN not only because of Professor Oak's Lab with thousands of pokémon it has more than hundred champion class pokémon, more than anywhere in Kanto. I am now an orphan at the only orphanage here. My parents were residents of pallet town before they died. My father a veteran trainer died along with his pokémon when Team Jet tried to attack pallet town in retaliation after meddling of the DEX holders and my mother a researcher at Oak Labs died from heartbreak and pregnancy during labor. Well, how do you say pallet is the safest place in Kanto when your father died there? Well after the attack, in which 10 pallet residents and hundreds of pokémon died, the world was privy to how terrifying the peace loving Pallet town can be. Led by The DEX holders and Professor Oak Pallet residents in retaliation totally destroyed any and all Team JET business, Labs and hideouts forcing them to disband.
Well if it's not clear to you yet this version of pokémon world is not sunshine and rainbows. It is real life not a kids cartoon. Though it is not as grim-dark as you would imagine. While poachers and other criminals exists , and there are some mad-men like Team Jet and other organizations , pokémon battling allows people to charge their darker urges into battle, contests and what not allowing them channel it all to not to be violent as in the previous world. It is the main reason that so many contest, competition etc even happen aside from pokémon being battle loving species driven by their need to evolve and improve.
This is all I've yet picked from eavesdropping and snooping around the orphanage and I'm not strong enough to go rifling through anyone's head for information just yet, if I even want to. Okay now go away I'm off to sleep being a toddler is bothersome.
