Chapter 86: The Very Day

It was the alarm system which continued to screech and the jailer who will not stop beating his metal on the bar that got us awake.

To my guess it was already morning, and we have to begin to work again as they have ordered us to stretch forth our hands through the bar as they handcuffed us to one another.

I wouldn't know why they handcuffed us differently from the last time. At least, even if I hadn't been sent here in jail the previous days, I was sure here in jail the day before, and they hadn't handcuffed us this way.

You see, the way they have handcuffed us will not even make us walk comfortably because not only that they cuffed our hands to one another, they equally cuffed our legs. The only difference was that the leg cuffs were longer than the hand cuffs.

I shouldn't have to worry too much though because not only the prisoners from my cell were handcuffed this way, it was everyone of the prisoners in the whole of the prison I think.
