Chapter 377: I Like Ren
"By the way, does this count as a date?"
After lowering her head to play with her phone for a moment, Miku lifted her head and gazed at Ren, asking with hope.
"Should it be considered one?" Ren said uncertainly.
He remembered that a date meant making an appointment to meet, and from that perspective, their meeting was undoubtedly a date.
"Then let's consider it a date."
Miku directly affirmed this statement, leaving no room for him to object.
"Yes." Ren replied gently.
After thinking for a moment, Miku continued, "But since we're on a date, wouldn't it be boring to go to a museum with me?"
According to the information she had just checked on her phone, men and women usually went to interesting places like amusement parks and aquariums on dates. However, asking Ren to go to a museum was definitely not the right choice.
"No, because I've never been to a museum." Ren tried his best to say more.
"Well, if you've been to a museum before, wouldn't it be boring?" Miku's focus seemed a bit odd.
Ren said the truth, "The same museum would be boring, but a different museum wouldn't be."
He could easily memorize everything in a place like a museum with just one visit. No need to go there for a second time.
"I feel the same way."
Miku nodded enthusiastically, then said with a very soft voice, as if talking to herself, "But I would gladly go with you, even if I go to a museum I've visited before."
"If it makes you happy, I don't mind accompanying you to places you've been to." Ren replied.
He didn't dislike places he had visited before; he just found himself in a state where he wouldn't go there unless necessary.
"..."
Miku didn't say anything, just stared at Ren's profile.
After saying that, she thought for a moment and added, "Except for shopping."
Although shopping was okay, the unwillingness to shop couldn't be eliminated, just like the inability to cook.
"Ren, don't you like shopping?"
After returning to awareness, Miku remembered something and asked with wandering eyes.
"I just don't want to go shopping." Ren said.
Miku asked, "Then why did you agree to go shopping with Nino?"
Nino had told them about going shopping with him, but since Ren didn't want to go shopping, why did he agree with Nino?
"That was Kamikawa Naoki, and it has nothing to do with me." Ren answered seriously.
Gabriel had taught him a long time ago how to answer this, and now it finally came in handy.
"Are Kamikawa Naoki and Kamikawa Ren two different people?"
After remembering what Ren looked like without glasses, Miku tilted her head to the side.
"They are two identities, but both are me."
Miku already knew about Naoki, so Ren didn't mind talking to her about it.
"It's kind of contradictory."
Miku pursed her lips, turned away, and looked at the headphones hanging around his neck. "Give me those headphones; I want to use them."
"Sure."
Ren took off the headphones and handed them to her.
"I like Ren."
Put on the headphones, connect to Bluetooth, and before playing a song, Miku said softly.
"You like me?"
Ren was stunned as he looked at Miku, feeling surreal.
"Don't misunderstand; what I mean is, compared to the fake identity Kamikawa Naoki, I prefer you, the real Kamikawa Ren."
After saying that, Miku clicked the play button and had no intention of continuing to talk.
"I'm sorry."
Earlier, Ren had genuinely thought that Miku liked him, but it turned out she didn't like Naoki.
Miku didn't hear his apology because the music was too loud. She only looked at Ren, who opened her mouth a few times and didn't know what she was saying, then smiled.
Later, she lowered her head and continued reading news that she didn't care about at all.

After turning her face and confirming the location of the museum, Miku pulled Ren and set off.
The weather was nice today, perfect for spending time with him.
