Chapter 30: Fix Her!

There was a furious roar just before the sound of a metal hatch being shattered hit me. Axis spun us around so that the shrapnel couldn't injure me, the sudden movement causing me to choke on the thick foam inside my mouth.

It felt like I had crammed so many marshmallows into my mouth that they pushed down on my tongue and throat, causing me to puke. Leaning forward, Axis' arm still wrapped around my waist as the chemical shower dissolved the toga I had made, I threw up everything inside my stomach.

Which, as it turned out to be, was nothing more than bile.

Wrenching me out of Axis' arms, He'dtaalh raced out of the bathroom, ignoring the other males' protests. He sped toward the entrance hatch of the room and then down the hall and into a lift before I could even process that, once again, I was naked in the halls of this ship.

I really needed to find better clothes.
