Additionally, in order to put on the ring, one needed to have the right to do so. The right was dependent on the person's nature. It was only when the nature of the ring and the person matched that they would then be able to put on the ring and activate the energy within it.

As for how much energy one could use, it would be dependent on the individual's will. The people who could activate the strongest powers were the commanders of the various armies.
