Chapter 2: Kirito (SAO) and Highschool DxD

I've seen this done a few times before, but it never really goes anywhere. I'd also recommend crossing it over with the Fate Franchise, but I won't get into that since that isn't what this is about. There's a lot of potential left untapped in a crossover between Sword Art Online and Highschool DxD, and it never quite is done the right way when it is done, or it fizzles out before it can really get anywhere. I don't really have any specifications on this one, unlike the last one, other than to make it so Kirito is fresh out of the game Sword Art Online or Alfeim rather than, say, after Alicization.
