A / N: Looks like Webnovel decided to delete almost all the images I posted in the previous chapters, lol. Such a good website. Is it still on Beta, right?
Also, just saying, but reading on the Scribble Hub is way better.

With a thought, items formed from particles of light in Eve's hands.
In her hands, there was a glass bottle with a yellow liquid inside, a brush, and a red capsule of unknown material.
These three items are items that she purchased from the YGGDRASIL cash shop. Eve had such a large stockpile of items purchased from the cash shop that it would make any player vomit blood, however, she only needed to do a few tests to determine if they still work, and the scope of the YGGDRASIL system in this world.
'Let's go with Ambrosia first.'
Eve set the capsule and brush aside, floating them beside her, and opened the glass bottle. The fragrant scent of the liquid quickly rose to her nostrils, and she couldn't help but be surprised by such a divine scent.
"Report: Starting Item Test #1: Ambrosia."
Without further ado, Eve placed her mouth on the spout of the bottle and poured the golden liquid down her throat. She immediately tasted the deliciously divine liquid. It is not for nothing that it is described as the drink of the gods. But that wasn't what she wanted to know, as much as the taste was welcome.
Ambrosia was a drink that could be purchased in YGGDRASIL's cash shop, and it was a consumable buff item. When using it, for five minutes, the player will have an increase in several basic stats, such as attack, defense, and evasion.
After drinking, she was surprised to feel stronger, faster, and more agile. It wasn't a big difference, but it was noticeable.
"Report: Item Test #1: Ambrosia. Conclusion, the effects that the item provides are the same as always. There is no change."
Dropping the bottle, it disappears in particles of light. She then picks up the brush that floated beside her and the capsule.
"Report: Starting Item Test #2: Color Custom Brush."
The Color Custom Brush, like the Ambrosia, was a consumable item, but instead of improving the stats, it changed the aesthetics.
In the Ambrosia test, she didn't expect something amazing. She is much more curious about the brush and capsule tests, as this will help her get a better idea of the influence of the game.
She put the brush head under her armor, and said, "Color: White."
The brush glowed, and Eve's armor started to turn white from where the brush was, and in less than two seconds, her black armor was now completely white.
Eve was surprised that the item actually worked. Changing the color of her armor might seem silly, but that alone was enough to show that YGGDRASIL has an influence so strong that can alter reality.
But the question is, how far does this influence go?
Eve is already aware that the game itself is slowly altering her personality and way of thinking to be compatible with her game character settings. More and more she cares less about things that she, as a human, would care about. But strangely, contrary to what one would expect, she is showing more emotions and expressions than she should.
She was a machine that shouldn't be able to express herself, but she can, and she felt that slowly, she was going to be able to show more and more emotions, even more than when she was human.
Perhaps the game's influence and her soul have conflicted since she transmigrated, one trying to change her, the other trying to keep her human, and in this struggle, she loses a little humanity in some ways, and gains more in others.
Of course, it's all just speculation.
"Report: Item Test #2: Color Custom Brush. Conclusion, the item worked, and my armor successfully changed color. YGGDRASIL's influence is greater than I imagined."
[YGGDRASIL's influence? What do you mean by that, Eve-sama?]
"Explanation: That means if what I'm thinking is true then I hope I'm the only one to be transmigrated, otherwise this world will be obliterated," Eve answered Selena.
If the brush worked, probably the capsule and the world items will also work. She shuddered to imagine what would happen to this world if some crazy transmigrated player decided to conquer the world.
She wasn't worried if there were YGGDRASIL consumable items in this world by any chance, but if World items existed in this world for some reason, that would be a big problem.
World items were the rarest and most powerful items in YGGDRASIL, the only way to acquire them was to explore ruins, labyrinths, dungeons, or defeat World Enemies. The chance of finding one in a chest was almost impossible; however, if a ruin or dungeon was completed for the first time, normally a World Item was given as a reward.
The item's effect depended on the level of the conquered location, as well as its theme. A World item gained in a level 40 dungeon would never have as powerful an effect as a World item gained in a level 100 dungeon, and a World item gained at a level 100 dungeon would never have the power of a World item gained in a level 200 raid.
Some of the most powerful World Items had such absurd effects that they were forbidden to be used by the administration and existed only as trophies of conquest.
Eve had some unused World Items in her possession; 17 in total. Among the 17, two have effects blocked by administrators, but what if this block no longer exists, and the effects can be used? Eve doesn't even want to think about it.
There's also the matter of creating a World item, but as far as she knows, only she knows how to do it. All she needed was to understand a simple concept that was present all along, but no one could see it.
As Sherlock Holmes once said, "The world is full of obvious things that no one notices."
Unlike everyone else, Eve realized the obvious. A World item was not an 'item'.
In YGGDRASIL, and in several other games, there are archetypes, for example, a [Skeleton Mage], is part of an archetype, and an [Overlord] is also a being of the same archetype, only much superior; but it is still the same archetype.
The same happens with items. The [item] archetype is huge, as almost everything on an MMORPG is based on this archetype, such as cosmetics, cash items, monster materials, weapons, armor, and so on.
However, a World Item, even though it has the word Item in its name, was not part of the [item] archetype, so no matter how hard one tried, it was impossible to create or forge a World item using items. It was like trying to make two dogs breed and waiting for a dragon to be born.
World Items have a unique archetype, so it's impossible to create one from scratch. What Eve realized, however, is that as an object of the same archetype, she could make a new, stronger World Item by fusing two or more together, similar to fusing materials to create a weapon or armor.
The problem was how to fuse them, and it was something Eve discovered after a long search exploring the gaps in the game's programming.
"Report: Starting Item Test #3: Equipment Draw."
Eve used one more brush to bring her armor back to its original black and picked up the red capsule.
The Red Capsule was a cheap gacha item, which can give you random equipment from Low Grade, all the way up to Relic Grade. As a gacha item, the chance of getting a low-grade item is much higher.
Eve pressed the little button in the middle of the capsule, and it began to pulse and bounce, and then, with a 'puff', the capsule exploded into smoke, and a sword descended on her hands.
The sword was an ordinary black iron sword, with no effect. It was a Low-grade item.
'Fascinating. Does the capsule create the item from absolute nothingness, or is it teleported through the capsule? If it was teleported, where did it come from? This is making me more and more curious and intrigued,' Eve thought as she examined the sword.
"Report: Item Test #3: Equipment Draw. Conclusion, an item was generated. I don't know how. From the tests, it is possible to conclude with complete certainty that the game system of YGGDRASIL is not only influencing me but influencing everything on a global level. More research is needed to find out how, and why."
"Question: Did you write it all down, Selena?"
[Yes! I wrote down everything as you described, Eve-sama!]
"Delight: Great. With that, the tests are over. I will be heading back to Alpha Prime. Remember, no word about these tests to anyone, unless I allow it."
[Absolutely, Eve-sama! If you want to tell me someday, I'll be waiting! As the tests are over now, I'm going to erase everything from my memory, as I had promised!]
Eve felt awkward hearing Selena's comment, after all, she thought it was just a joke.
"Order: You don't have to erase your memory, just don't tell anyone, okay?"
Eve waited for a response, but there was none.
"Question: Selena, are you still there? Are you still listening to me?"
There was only silence, Selena probably already...
