Turning around, the goblin shared a patient smile. "... I'm waiting. What's wrong? Did daddy not let you take your shit?" 

"No! That's not it at all…" Aakur heaved a long breath and thought carefully about his words. 

"You see, Master Rizz, a few changes have occurred within the structure of Molekin Mine. My father wishes to hold a meeting with us tomorrow morning after the acid delivery. To negotiate a percentage of the gold as payment for the labor." 

Rizz threw his head back and cleaned out his ear with a finger. "What? I didn't think your father was that stupid or–?" 

"No, that's not the case at all!" Aakur exclaimed. "He… My father has offered us a gift. A sizeable one, which I accepted on the spot out of impulse. I'm sorry for not consulting you beforehand." 

Rizz groaned and massaged one of his temples. "What's the point of having telepathy if you won't use it?"
