Though all the injuries had already started to heal at this point. The being then turned and looked at the Primis who was still plastered on the wall.
???: That was a close one. I nearly thought you both will succeed in escaping.

The sound of explosions kept on going for some time before stopping. Sheng Ming kept on looking at the place where the being was buried while also preparing to attack if she saw even a slight movement. Even after some time, she didn't notice any movement. That's because along with how the being attacks could negate regeneration and other things, they also increase the pain one received by 1,000%. Such pain could almost break anyone's will to continue fighting.
And just like what happened with Primis, instead of healing, her wounds were becoming worse with time. She tried to use her life energy to heal them, but they were recovering extremely slowly. On the contrary, she had to expend a lot of her magic in it. She then also decided to suppress them instead of healing before looking in front.
The being was still dodging everything easily. Many wounds that had appeared on it after receiving Sheng Ming attack had almost all healed by now. Sheng Ming took a deep breath and closed her eyes. Then one by one streak of green light started to emit from her body. The huge Tree of Life simultaneously shot out a humongous vitality. All the leaves on it lit up, turning the whole space into a turquoise green world. Finally, she opened her eyes. Her emerald green eyes that were now radiating brightly.
