First and foremost, August decided to tend to Asher's wounds, as his entire plan hinged on the Temple twin specifically... not dying.

"You did quite the number on him, didn't you?" August commented dryly, to which Hade opted to keep his silence.

Although he had agreed to go along with whatever August had in mind, he was still very much guarded against him, and as he rightly should, considering the supposedly massive gap between their respective abilities.

Meanwhile, as he glanced down at the bloodied teenager, August too was taken by Asher's bizarre chest tattoo.

'So he finds it peculiar as well…' Hade was glad that he was not the only one.

While Asher's tattoo was not particularly eye-catching or anything, it was its unique yet simplistic design that somehow added a whole new layer of profoundness to it.
