According to the manga and official Jujutsu Kaisen fanbook, Satoru Gojo's eyes allow him to see the world even with a blindfold. His glasses from the flashback did not allow visible light to pass through, so a normal person wearing them would not see anything, as they are blacker than black. With the blindfold on, Gojo perceives the world as high-quality thermography. His eyes, picking up cursed energy at the atomic level, also exhibit high visual acuity.
By detecting residual cursed energy, Gojo can see houses, roads, and other objects. (He can also use a cell phone)
