"Buggy the Clown, do you even realize what you've done?"
Magellan glared at Buggy, who approached him without any immediate response. He repeated his question with frustration.
Buggy tilted his head and replied nonchalantly, "Of course I know. It was just a prison break, right?"
Magellan's voice was grave as he responded, "To you, it may seem like just a prison break, but to us, it's a major disgrace for Impel Down!"
"Our actions have undermined the authority of this facility, and the Navy will lose faith in us!"
Initially, Magellan was unable to personally address the chaos caused by Buggy's escape due to personal reasons, so he had to rely on Hannyabal to handle the situation.
Magellan had given Hannyabal explicit instructions to quell the riot quickly to prevent the Navy from learning about it and jeopardizing tomorrow's important event.
If the disturbance had been contained within the underground levels of Impel Down, it might have remained concealed.
However, with the Navy stationed just outside the prison, any significant movement on the ground floor was bound to be noticed.
Magellan never anticipated that Hannyabal would fail to act swiftly, resulting in the prisoners from the basement levels causing havoc on the floor directly above ground. Now, the situation was impossible to hide.
Magellan had already received a notice from the Navy Headquarters before coming down that the transfer of Fire Fist Ace, the captain of the second division of the Whitebeard Pirates, to Impel Down was temporarily canceled, with a final decision to be made once the situation was resolved.
Magellan understood the Navy Headquarters' decision. After all, Ace's detention was a critical matter, and the Navy needed to proceed with caution.
Given the turmoil erupting in Impel Down before Ace's arrival, Magellan could empathize with the Headquarters' hesitation to send him there.
However, understanding didn't mean Magellan could accept the situation. This was the first time in Impel Down's history that it had lost the Navy's trust.
Even when the Golden Lion Shiki escaped twenty years ago, the Navy had attributed the issue to the Golden Lion's strength and had not placed significant blame on the prison itself.
But this time, a little-known pirate stirred up trouble in Impel Down, revealing flaws in the prison's security!
Magellan was now seething with rage at Buggy, the pirate who had humiliated him and his men!
Upon hearing Magellan's words, Buggy's heart raced with realization, connecting the dots in an instant!
Buggy smirked and said, "Looks like my timing isn't exactly perfect! Am I delaying your plans to bring in a certain infamous pirate? It's the perfect time for Ace to be imprisoned in Impel Down, right?"
If his interference meant Ace wouldn't end up in Impel Down after all, then Luffy would certainly have caused a huge ruckus later! Losing this battle could mean being trapped in this cage and missing everything!
And that's assuming Magellan doesn't kill him first!
Buggy gripped his long Sword tightly, his resolve hardening with determination!
There was no turning back now—it was a fight to the death!
Magellan, perhaps unwilling to waste more time and reveal too much, or perhaps sensing Buggy's fighting spirit, unleashed a thick cloud of poisonous mist and launched a powerful punch at Buggy!
"Poison Dragon!"
Three massive venomous dragons, formed from pure poison, charged at Buggy from different directions!
Buggy ducked and dodged the venomous dragons' attacks, swiftly closing in on Magellan's position!
As a user of the Doku Doku no Mi (Poison-Poison Fruit), Magellan possessed the ability to generate various toxins. His mastery of this power made him extraordinarily dangerous, capable of taking down even the mightiest opponents with his poison if they weren't careful!
In a way, Magellan, who possesses the power of the Poison-Poison Fruit, is on par with any of the three Admirals of the Marine Headquarters! However, while this devil fruit grants him formidable strength, it also brings a severe weakness!
Because of the effects of the Poison-Poison Fruit, Magellan suffers from almost constant diarrhea, lasting nearly ten hours each day! With eight hours of sleep and four hours dedicated to work, Magellan only has two hours left each day for other activities, like eating! In other words, Magellan hardly has any time for training!
His physical strength, or lack thereof, is Magellan's greatest vulnerability! As long as Buggy can stay close to Magellan, he might have a chance to overcome him!
"Poisonous Ball!"
Magellan, showing no sign of panic as Buggy draws closer, begins to spit out poison balls, creating a wall of toxins that fills the space in front of him!
If Buggy continues to advance, he will inevitably come into contact with these poison balls!
While Magellan's attacks may not have outstanding destructive power, their real danger lies in their invisibility! Magellan continuously releases various toxins into his surroundings, and even the strongest opponent can't withstand his full assault for long!

The long Sword in Buggy's left hand splits into segments, forming a thin shield under his control!
With the shield in hand, Buggy charges forward, crashing into the poison balls!
Though he manages to avoid most of the venom, some still splashes onto his body, releasing a pungent, burning odor!
However, Buggy ignored it and continued charging toward Magellan, his head covered!
He had staked everything on the Sword in his right hand! Magellan frowned; this was the first time he had witnessed Buggy's reckless gamble!
"Poison gas bombs!"
Magellan's mouth opened again, but this time, instead of poison balls, he released bubbles!
"Boom!!"
As the bubbles neared Buggy, they exploded, creating a massive blast!
Buggy's figure was instantly engulfed in flames and smoke!
"It's over!"
Seeing this, Mr. 3 collapsed to the ground, realizing he was also in dire straits!
But before Mr. 3's despair could fully take hold, Buggy, covered in blood and scorched black, suddenly emerged from the smoke!
Though his body was battered, Buggy's eyes shone with intense determination!
The Sword in Buggy's right hand was raised high!
"Even if it's non-tangble, it's enough!"
"One Sword Style, Air Splitter!"
