Chapter 34: your sick games are over

Jack's heart raced as he watched Elena inside the café. He knew that this was a dangerous move but he had to keep track of her.

As he followed her discreetly, keeping his distance as she made her way towards a table at the back of the room. As he got closer, Jack noticed that there was someone waiting for her - a man in a black suit who looked like he belonged to some secret organization.

Elena sat down across from him, her eyes scanning his face for any signs of deceit or danger. The man didn't seem phased by her presence; instead, he spoke calmly and clearly.

"I know you're probably wondering why I asked you here," he began, his voice low and steady. "But I can assure you that everything will become clear soon enough."

Elena arched an eyebrow in skepticism. "And what exactly is it that will become clear?" she asked pointedly.

The man leaned forward slightly, his gaze intense. "The truth about Damien and his brother," he said simply.
