As the taxi drove through the city,And stops at her apartment block. She goes inside her scattered room and packed her bag and luggage, feeling a sense of urgency that she couldn't explain. Something was telling her to leave the city and Damien she just got hurt by her ex boyfriend now Damien
Elena left her apartment and took a deep breath, trying to shake off the memories of her ex-boyfriend and Damien. As she walked down the street, she couldn't help but feel a sense of dread. She knew that leaving Damien behind was for the best.
The taxi arrived and Elena quickly got in, giving one final look at the neighborhood before it drove away into the night. As she settled into her seat, she couldn't help but feel a sense of sadness wash over her as she thought about everything she was leaving behind.
"Where to?" asked the driver, breaking Elena out of her thoughts.
"I don't know the place " she said honestly, giving the driver address .
The driver looks at the paper understandingly and started driving through the city streets before finally hitting the open road. Elena closed her eyes and let herself drift off to sleep
The taxi driver pulled up in front of a small, secluded house on a dirt road. she looked at the dilapidated building and wondered if this was really the right place. But she had given the driver the address of her aunt who lived in this remote town
She stepped out of the taxi, and made her way towards the front door. The air was thick with humidity and bugs buzzed around her head as she knocked on the door.
A small voice called from inside, "Who is it?"
"It's me," Elena replied hesitantly.
The door creaked open to reveal an elderly woman with grey hair and wrinkled skin. "What do you want?" she snapped, eyeing Elena suspiciously.
"I'm your niece," Elena said calmly. "Madeline's daughter."
