Chapter 57: family reunion

Littlefinger's eyes widened in shock as he realized just how serious Damien was. He had never seen him like this before - so cold and calculating.

"You can't be serious," Littlefinger stammered out nervously.

Damien leaned in closer to him until their faces were only inches apart. "Try me," he whispered menacingly.

Littlefinger swallowed audibly before nodding frantically. "Okay okay, I'll tell you everything!" he exclaimed desperately.

Damien sat back in his chair and waited patiently as Littlefinger spilled everything about his plans to take over the mafia and eliminate anyone who stood in his way.

"So why did you decide to poison my brother?" Damien asked him, his voice cold and hard.

Littlefinger swallowed nervously before answering. "It wasn't personal," he said hastily. "He was just in the way of my plans."
