Walburga pov
Walburga was giving birth to most likely her last-child, only her parent and husband knew how hard it was for her to become pregnant. The healers had said that if she were lucky she would be able to give birth to two healthy children.
Having a third child was like a miracle, she hoped her third child would become a little baby girl. The sole reason being that she does not know how to possible raise her two boys, Sirius was a mischievous child that always tested her patience and Regulus was just quiet and did not say a lot to anyone other than Sirius. I utterly wanted to strangle Sirius when I heard Regulus's first word: SIRIUS
This was the very first time I wanted to use the cruciatus curse on my own child. I was stopped by my husband. Every child was different Sirius even in my stomach was a pain always kicking and moving, the Regulus came only slightly moving. However, I had never been more scared for my third child, it did not move at all I had healers come over daily to check if it were alive and all they said was that my baby was healthy and behaved.
Now after 9 months, I was due to give birth. I had more than 20 healers at my side attending me. I had the least pain giving birth to my little star, I didn't even scream. After 30 minutes I was handed, my baby girl.
I named her Vela Violetta Black
Vela for the constellation the sails, because she was not trouble and very smooth with transitions of the atmosphere ( she didn't straight away cry after being born).
Violetta for my grandmother
and her last name Black
My proud little star.
The First official chapter wahoo!!
Some of you might think that Walburga was a bad mother, she was, however, she did not start hating Sirius until he showed Gryffindor traits. This is, in my opinion, I also wanted to show how she is uncomfortable putting herself in the shoes of her children especially Sirius. Although she had some dark thoughts on discipline she hasn't acted on them and spoiler alert
she won't because she would be too involved with her daughter to pay attention to his development of Gryffindor traits which might change to the lack of "discipline"
that all good bayy
