Guan Ming was not happy to hear that Camilla actually belonged to the Lim family. Despite everything he wanted to do right by Camilla and he wanted to ask the head of the family for the right to court her.

Knowing that he had to ask Ian's permission to court Camilla, pissed him off.

Ian was worried that he would storm off when Ian told him that Camilla and he were cousins. But he was quite surprised when Camilla managed to calm Guan Ming down.

"You do know that I would never stop Camilla from being with someone she loves, right?" Ian asked Guan Ming when he finally calmed down.

"I don't take chances with Camilla." Guan Ming said as he glared at Ian.

"Ian is like a brother to me Ming. He was there over the years that I was alone." Camilla said as she tried to get Guan Ming to like Ian. 

"It's a good thing then that Ian didn't try to make a move on you." Guan Ming mumbled.
