"So... You never told me why are you here all alone tonight." That sweet smile was still etched on his handsome features as he looked at me expectantly.

I shrugged, lowering my eyes on the wooden counter.

"I guess I just wanted a break from my?issues, back home."

"Issues?" His smooth yet masculine voice drew my attention back on his features, his coffee irises now showing pure curiosity. However, for obvious reasons, I chose not to go any further into details, so with a small sigh, I finally answered.

Thankfully, he only nodded and respected my choice, only giving me another warm smile while pouring another shot.
