Evan flew back in the direction of the shadow hippo with a face full of disgust.

He was hesitant but he still used the shadow resurrection for the third time on the damaged body, but it failed once again.

When the shadow resurrection failed for the third time, the bear's body exploded like a balloon sending blood, its internal organs and chunks of flesh flying everywhere.
