Chapter 1: chapter 1 - those who were left behind
Deep in a forest, there was once a town bustling with activities and voices of humans named Rujuku. Though it's mostly abandoned now, an old man and two kids live there. The old man can't speak the human tongue and the two kids are underaged. The boy is named Kuro while the girl's name is Shiro. Kuro's hair and eyes are pitch black while Shiro have silvery hair and blue eyes.Shiro is slightly taller than Kuro. Those two lived with the old man as far as they remember. Those two are used to the old man's language to the point that they normally speak using the language.
The town that is used to be only ruins is blooming with life. Plants, bugs animals and even creatures of malice called the undead. These creatures can't be seen with the naked eyes. The origins of these creatures are unknown to normal humans.
It's just a casual day for the three living in Rujuku. Shiro and Kuro were playing at a shopping centre. Suddenly, Kuro tripped upon something and fell on Shiro and hitting a rack of old milk boxes. The milk spilt, drenching Shiro and making her smell nasty. "What the hell is wrong with with you?" shouted her.
"It's not like I meant to do so!" exclaimed Kuro. He then accidentally hit a rack of old apples as he was ranting, hitting Shiro.
Shiro was furious and swore with a face full of anger, "Screw you and go to hell"
The undeads took it literally and made a wormhole straight to the core of hell. Being too scared, Shiro froze up and did nothing as she watches Kuro falling down. Hearing his screams fade into the darkness of the abyss, she despaired and ran as fast as she can to the old man. After Shiro explained the whole situation, the old man whose name is unknown decided to speak.
"It's because you had negative thoughts and used the language of the dead. The undeads will react to what you said. Honestly you should use your original language or terrible disaster might come. The undeads have powers to twist reality yet they can't really act on their own. They depend on the living to be their host," explained the old man, "I'm not going to help that boy, especially because it involves hell!"
Shiro, filled with anguish groveled on the ground and started crying, "What should I do-"
"You should rest for now. I'm sure he will survive as long as you think so. He might even be able make a deal," disturbed the old man, "If he could even survive the fall"
