Chapter 7: Chiba Went Upstairs, and Hokage Jumped Off The Building
A moment later, a ninja figure appeared in the office, wearing an extremely awkward expression on his face.
"It's not good! He... he's here!"
The ninja's voice trembled as he struggled to speak.
Just as he finished his sentence, a strong odor of feces wafted in through the door and filled the office.
"This is... ugh..."

The Third Hokage and Danzo were both affected, their faces twisted in disgust as they leaned over the table and vomited onto the floor.
Meanwhile, the ninja who had just reported the situation had already transformed into smoke and disappeared without a trace.
"Is this some kind of poisonous gas?"
Sarutobi Hiruzen lifted his Hokage robe to cover his mouth and nose, speaking in a dull voice.
"The smell is overpowering."
"It's not only repulsive, but it's also irritating to the eyes."
If it weren't for the fact that they were in the Hokage's office, they would have suspected that someone was releasing a noxious gas.
"It must be the smell of dung!"
Danzo quietly covered his nose with a handkerchief he had taken out from somewhere.
He had once witnessed the Aburame clan's ninjas performing a secret technique that required a foul-smelling breath.
"Someone is coming!"
Suddenly, Sarutobi Hiruzen's expression changed.
As the Hokage, he had an extremely keen hearing and could discern the sound of footsteps approaching their location in the corridor.
Danzo soon heard it as well.
Despite the pungent smell, both of them, displaying their strength, chose to remain in the office and not leave.

The footsteps drew closer to the door. And in the next moment--Chiba's figure appeared at the office door, striding inside.
Observing the disheveled young man in front of them, holding a bowl of ramen with the Ichiraku logo, Sarutobi Hiruzen, and Danzo suppressed their urge to vomit and looked at him in confusion.

Slightly yellow teeth were not an issue, but the problem was that when Chiba opened his mouth, an intense shitty smell emanated from it.
This smell was even stronger than the one permeating the air, the concentrated essence of it.
At this point, the two individuals in front of him couldn't bear it any longer.
Even Sarutobi Hiruzen, with his Hokage robe covering him, couldn't fully escape the odor.
Danzo's handkerchief was of no use. He lifted his robe and folded it several times but found it futile.
Whoosh! Whoosh!
As a result, the two of them decided to jump out of the building, leaping through the office window one after the other.
Chiba was dumbfounded.
"What..."
Looking at the window, he was quite speechless.
"I was summoned by the Hokage, but the Hokage jumped out instead of receiving me?"
"If I had known this, I would have just waited downstairs."
After pondering for a moment, Chiba approached the window and gazed at the height from the ground.
It was around ten meters, very high indeed.
He estimated that if he were to jump, he would likely end up with a broken leg.
With no other choice, he turned around and left the office with long strides.
Outside the Hokage building, Sarutobi Hiruzen and Danzo, who had already landed, glanced at the gathered staff and then focused their eyes on the building's exit.
"Hokage-sama, we... can't tolerate that smell..."
Someone spoke up, his face filled with embarrassment.
The others remained silent, trembling in discomfort.
"Alright, there's no need to explain."
Waving his hand, Sarutobi Hiruzen didn't blame his subordinates. After all, even he and Danzo had fled. Who had the audacity to blame others?
Sarutobi Hiruzen fixed his gaze on the entrance of the Hokage building.
Danzo also stared at the entrance of the Hokage building.
Even the dozen or so subordinates behind them directed their attention to the entrance.
Suddenly, that sickeningly familiar smell filled the air.
Whoosh! Whoosh! Whoosh!
Almost simultaneously, the dozen or so ninjas closest to the entrance used the Body Flicker Technique one after another, swiftly appearing behind the Third Hokage and Danzo.
Though embarrassed, they preferred this embarrassment to directly facing the source.
Hokage and Danzo were the strongest among them. With these two in the front, they would feel less pressure.
"Hmm!"
Seeing this scene, Danzo let out a cold snort, turning his head to glance at the crowd behind him.
Danzo had originally expected these people to inquire about Chiba, who was about to arrive, but to his surprise, each person seemed more shameless than the last.
"You all step back. It's enough for me and Danzo to handle this."
At that moment, the Third Hokage waved his hand, signaling everyone to leave.
"Yes!"
Upon hearing the Hokage's order, everyone responded in unison.
Boom! Boom! Boom!
In the blink of an eye, more than a dozen smoke clouds rose up.
