"Wind Style: Vacuum Sphere!"
No one anticipated Danzo's audacity to attack the Hokage! Yet, Tobirama's expression remained unaltered as he effortlessly caught the air bullet expelled by Danzo with his bare hands. Though Tobirama's palm was punctured by the projectile, the wound healed within seconds.
"Danzo, do you understand the consequences of your actions? Will you persist in attacking the Hokage openly?"
While Tobirama voiced his inquiry, his hands didn't cease their movements. He hurled shurikens, aiming them at Danzo.
Danzo narrowly dodged the assault, his expression indecisive. When he saw Tobirama raising his fist, seemingly poised to strike, he abruptly lifted his head.
"Someone stop him!" Shimura Danzo appeared fierce, shouting this command.
"Bang!" The wooden roof shattered, and numerous figures burst through the windows. Ever cautious, Danzo had brought a group of root ninja with him even in his own home.
These Roots, brainwashed by Danzo, disregarded Tobirama's authority as Hokage; their allegiance was solely to Danzo.
"Kill him! Kill the second hokage!"
In a frenzy, Danzo issued this order to the Root members, intending to exploit the chaos and flee.
The ninjas swarmed Tobirama.
Yet, in this critical moment, Tobirama took decisive action.
"Water Style: Severing Wave!" Tobirama unleashed a high-pressure stream.
Witnessing this technique, the Root ninjas comprehended its strength. Nothing good would come from being struck by it.
"Shh!"
The water, akin to a ferocious beast, wreaked havoc. In the confined space of the wooden house, the Roots had no room to retreat and could only resist with their weapons.
However, the weapons proved futile against Tobirama's jutsu, shattering upon contact and sliced through the root ninjas without mercy,
Tobirama adjusted the jutsu, causing the heavily loaded wooden house to crumble. The jutsu, now moving toward Danzo, who was desperately trying to escape.
Soon after, the water materialized above Shimura Danzo's head. In Danzo's terrified gaze, it mercilessly impaled his back.
Instantly, Danzo's eyes bulged, his life force rapidly draining away as the jutsu seemingly shattered all his internal organs.
'Is this the strength of the Second Hokage?'
As Tobirama's student, Danzo had never witnessed Tobirama's full strength before his death. This lack of exposure created Danzo's delusion that he could overcome his teacher.
Now, on the brink of demise, Danzo realized the futility of his desires and ambitions.
"Sensei, I was wrong...but, I haven't lost yet!"
Danzo, gasping for breath and sprawled on the ground, suddenly opened his eyes.
'I still possess a final trump card. If I succeed, the konoha will be mine!'
He roared within himself.
Unnoticed by everyone, a Sharingan slowly unveiled itself on his bandaged arm.
The few remaining root who had been battling Tobirama stopped their attacks and looked confused.
Most of them were like machines, obediently following Danzo's orders, with their sole purpose being to see Danzo ascend to the position of Hokage.
But now that Danzo seemed to be dead, they found themselves adrift, without a purpose.
However, was Danzo truly dead?
While others might not know, they couldn't hide anything from Tobirama.
The Sharingan hidden beneath Danzo's bandaged arm could still bring about more chaos.
And so, in a moment of distraction, Tobirama continued to shape two high-pressure water blades in his hands.
With a swift motion, Tobirama hurled the water blades towards Danzo's body, one after the other.
All eyes followed Tobirama's attack, puzzled by his target. Wasn't Danzo already dead? Who was the Hokage attacking?
Their confusion was short-lived.
Danzo's body seemingly materialized from thin air, but his expression was one of utter shock.
"How did he find out? Is there really a dead Uchiha who snitched on him?"
Countless thoughts raced through Danzo's mind, but he couldn't fathom how Tobirama had uncovered his secret.
The water blades hurtled towards Danzo at incredible speeds.
"Damn it, do I need to use another Sharingan?"
Danzo's heart raced with fear.
Without hesitation, he formed seals with all his might.
"Wood Release: Flowering Trees!"
A giant tree sprouted from Danzo's right arm, serving as a barrier against Tobirama's attack.
The force of the water blades pierced through the tree, albeit significantly slowed down, granting Danzo an opportunity to evade.
Relieved, Danzo turned to flee.
But in the blink of an eye.
"Pfft!"
The sound of flesh being pierced echoed through the air.
"No!"
Danzo's scream filled with horror.
He caught sight of his arm, adorned with several Sharingan eyes, being severed by Tobirama's water blade.
Tobirama's cunning strategy succeeded; he aimed not for Danzo, but for his arm, stopping him of the means to use Izanagi for resurrection.
Danzo's arm was now severed, but Tobirama remained cautious, knowing that Danzo still possessed Shisui's Mangekyō Sharingan in his right eye.
