My name is Allen... or rather, it was. I was 25 years old and had a job. I trained kids in the school dojo; yes, I was a martial arts teacher. My salary was good, and I had no major expenses, so to speak. All in all, everything was fine and dandy.
My parents passed away two years ago, so I've been living by myself. I usually spend my time watching anime, playing games, and reading fanfics. I had a fulfilling life, until one fateful day...
I was coming back from work, crossing the street on a green light, when some idiot decided to speed through, and I was hit.
The next time I woke up, I was in the hospital, experiencing a massive headache. My body felt like it was on fire, and I lost consciousness again.
After an unknown period, I woke up feeling much better. I was still in the hospital, my fever had subsided, and the burning sensation was gone. I noticed a drip attached to my arm, and then I realized my arm and hands were smaller in size. It was then that all the memories flooded back, and I knew what had happened. "I've motherfucking transmigrated to the world of Naruto," was the first thing that came out of my mouth.

While I was trying to comprehend what had just occurred, I heard a soft voice calling out to me, "Lee Kun, take it easy. You've had a high fever, but it's finally gone down. How are you feeling?" It was a beautiful lady, presumably around 25 years old, wearing hospital clothing, so she must be a nurse or a doctor.
"I'm feeling better now, Miss...?" I inquired. "Oh, aren't you polite? My name is Uzume, Aoki Uzume, and yes, I am your doctor." With a gentle touch, her hand glowed in a green hue as she placed it on my forehead, instantly relieving my discomfort and bringing peace to my mind.
I lay back, captivated by her beauty, unable to think clearly. As I pondered the beauty standards of this world, I was interrupted by her soothing voice once again, "Lee-Kun, everything checked out. You can go home now. I'll call your aunt to come pick you up. Remember to rest for the next two days with no physical exercise; after that, you're free to do as you please. If there are any issues, don't hesitate to come back for a check-up." I nodded in response.
Her presence exuded tranquility, making me feel safe and protected. "Take care of yourself now. I'll call your aunt," she said before leaving. I thanked her for taking care of me, to which she replied, "No need to thank me, just take good care of yourself," before departing.
After Uzume-san left, I began to process what had just happened to me. So, here I am, now inhabiting the body of Rock Lee in the 'world of Naruto,' currently residing in the Konoha hospital. "So, there are fire-breathing assholes walking around whom I have to work with, just wonderful," I chuckled to myself.
In this world, chakra is everything, and unfortunately, it's something I won't have any talent for. I'll be yelling 'YOUTH' with Guy Sensei soon enough. What could go wrong, right?
Well, I have some time since I am only three and a half years old, but I need to figure out how to fix this mess. I need to make plans for the future and find a way to survive in this hellhole. I mean, people write books here about the many ways to die honorably, literally.
Here, the powerful decide who lives or dies, and they dictate how things are run; we have no say in it. We can only follow the strong, one way or another. There are so many clans here, each stronger than the other, like the Uchiha, Sanju, or Hyuga, just to name a few.
And then there are the civilians, the weakest of them all. They can't even leave the village without being inspected. If they step out of line, they're treated like criminals. Of course, they've learned how to work within the hierarchy.
Even so, the mortality rate is quite dire; the war has just ended, yet people are at each other's throats. Danzo thinks provoking the Uchiha is a good idea, and The Third Hokage knows it, but he won't do anything until things escalate to the point of no return.
The Council of Elders believes that massacring innocent children somehow brings peace to the village. It's bewildering how someone could even think about it, let alone plan to do it.
If that's not enough, there's the mad scientist Orochimaru, a wannabe dark lord who has no sympathy for human beings. As long as he 'thinks' he can get something out of someone or something, he'll take it apart.
All this happens because they can, and nobody can stop them. They're cunning; even the Nara clan has no proof of their crimes. And even if they did, they couldn't do anything about it.
Children are innocent, but to them, nothing matters as long as they can further their agenda. Everything else is negotiable.
This is all done by Konoha's people, who are supposed to protect its citizens. Then there's Iwa, Kiri, Suna, and last but not least, Komo Village, sending spies and assassinating talented shinobi just because they can't stand the thought of other villages surpassing them.
It's kill or be killed, even in times of peace. A peace treaty is just a piece of paper; they're just waiting to regroup and start the massacre all over again.
And all of this is just a simplification of all the atrocities being committed here. Well, now there's me, someone out of place and out of time. Why out of time? Because, if all that wasn't enough, there are aliens out there who want to wipe us out because they have a god complex.
While I was going through my emotional turmoil, I heard a familiar voice, "Hello, my child, how are you feeling?" I saw a woman in her thirties; if her face was any indication, she was Aunt Ayame.
"I'm all good now and free to go home," I replied, not really knowing how to answer her. What really happened to the real Rock Lee? Did our souls just merge, or did I take over? But I have his memories, so I like to think our souls merged, and I don't really want to think about how I just talked about killing innocent children. How am I any better?
Aunt Ayame brought me my clothes, so I changed out of my hospital ones. There's a lot of work to do, and so little time to do it. Whatever happens, one step at a time; let's follow that. After a little paperwork, we left the hospital.
My name is Rock Lee, and in this world of asshol-* cough*...challenging people, I'm going to become the biggest ass- *cough* *cough*...challenge there is ...I mean YOUTH.
